The IT Department added a new feature that will Help you manage your business by showing you the cancellation and inactive dates of your members and IBO’s.  This is what you do:

Go to your Back Office and click on SEARCH MEMBERS and then click SEARCH again.  This will give you a list of your members.  If you look at the INACTIVE/CANCEL DATE field you will see  inactive and cancel dates for your Members.  If the date is a future date in RED it means your Member has  sent a written request and has a FUTURE cancellation date setup. Providing you this information in advance of month end gives you the opportunity to get in touch with your Inactive members with the possibility of getting them reactivated before we calculate your commissions at month end. It is highly recommended you also reach out to the members that are scheduled to cancel to discover why and attempt to recover that membership.

You can SORT this Field by clicking on INACTIVE/CANCEL DATE and it will show you a list of any members you have cancelled and it will also show you the future dates of members who are going to cancel their membership.

This new feature also works for your IBO’s as well. Just click on Search IBO’s and follow the same steps.  You should check this every day because if you trying to qualify for the 5 A Month club or one of the Fast Track Bonuses you need to make sure your IBO is not cancelled or inactive.
