To be eligible for any Medical Bill Negotiation service, you must be an active member of AmeriPlan for 3 business days. There is no cost for negotiation services for any medical bills exceeding $2500, that are incurred after your activation date. If you are scheduled for admission, and have been denied access due to a requirement of paying the cost or a portion of the cost up front, the facility or your physician must have confirmed that the bills are very likely to exceed $2500.
Kare360 will enter into a separate agreement with the AmeriPlan member to negotiate medical bills that pre-date the membership activation date. A non-refundable flat fee of $250 will be required before Kare360 will start negotiation. Your bill total from such pre-dated medical services must exceed $2500.
