New National Sales Directors!
Sep 13
AmeriPlan has had several new National Sales Directors over the last few months, and we are excited to tell you about them. These National Sales Directors have displayed dedication and a great work ethic, and they represent AmeriPlan very well. They have worked hard and continue to strive to reach their goals.
Jose Espinoza
Jose and Noemi Espinoza live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They have four daughters that are currently out of state attending college full time and employed part time. Jose joined the US Army two months after graduating from High School. After his first re-enlistment he made the decision to be a career Soldier. He retired in March 2009 with over 20 years of service. He is actively involved in his community with various Military Veteran volunteer groups, as well as learning about Emergency Management and attending school of Higher learning. He is married to his beautiful wife Noemi who is an English Language development Supervisor in a Colorado Springs school district.
Jose gives honor and much respect to his Mother and Father “who worked hard to make an honest living”. Both Parents immigrated to the USA from Nicaragua with the desire of new beginnings in the USA, The Land of Opportunity. His Mother was the example of having the intestinal fortitude, not being easily intimidated and having the focus to work hard and do your best. His motivation for business came from his Father who shared his own stories and the benefits of owning your own business. Network marketing business isn’t new to Jose, at 18 years old; he joined a MLM business group and eight months later his focus was redirected to the US Army.
Jose was introduced to AmeriPlan when he met Regional Vice President, Lionel Burks, and he realized the two of them had a great deal in common. Lionel and NSD Gary Sims met with Jose at a local coffee shop in Colorado Springs. Jose became an IBO in March 2012, and with the leadership of his upline, he reached National Sales Director in a short period of time.
Although Jose promoted to NSD fairly quickly, he still faced several struggles as a new IBO. One of the early struggles he faced were defining his goals and picking up the pace to reach those goals. He also had to find focused individuals who wanted to take the journey with him. He shared that although he faced these obstacles, struggles are only temporary. When asked what Jose is most proud of as an IBO, he said, “I’m proud of the support I receive from my wife, and my up line. I can’t say enough about the support that has provided for me from Team Eagle and especially RVP Lionel Burks, NVP’s Gary and Susan Sims. And the business professionalism they emulate is without reproach. They truly lead by example.” He stated that his upline showed him how unselfish and dedicated they are. They shared their time, knowledge, motivation, encouragement, and friendship with him.
Jose would give the following advice to new IBOs: “Stay in touch with your Up line. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Leaders always lead from the front. True Leaders realize they can’t do it by themselves; all leaders need to have a mentor. When you are honest, transparent and effectively utilize your mentor you will maximize your potential. Seek an AmeriPlan business mentor that has the wisdom and is successful.”
Jose’s goals include consistently learning from his upline, being an effective leader to his team, to be with AmeriPlan one year from now, and to be a part of the 5-a-month Club, President’s Club, Cadillac Club, and be a Regional Vice President.
Belinda Hinkle
Belinda Hinkle lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband of 25 years, Bobby Hinkle, and children, Benjamin (age 20) and Brittany (age 22) and Brittany’s new husband, Dale Williams. Belinda has experience in network marketing and has been successful with other ventures. She also has experience as a security guard and school bus driver.
Belinda was introduced to AmeriPlan by NSD Kathy Masters (AmeriPlan Rookie of the Year), who came to her house and presented AmeriPlan to her. Belinda states that she had been considering joining another Network Marketing company, but she felt that AmeriPlan was a better fit for her after seeing AmeriPlan’s compensation plan and the great product AmeriPlan has to offer. She was so excited that she signed up immediately, and she went to work right away to build her business and strive to become National Sales Director.
Some of Belinda’s early struggles included her cell phone breaking, so she couldn’t get her contacts and had to work the cold market for her first week. She says she was told no a lot, but she stayed positive. Another struggle was trying to find the time for her AmeriPlan business because she was working full-time, and her time was very limited. Her most difficult obstacle as an IBO was to stay focused because people were being negative and telling her that her AmeriPlan business would not work. However, Belinda overcame these obstacles and reached National Sales Director in only a few short months.
When asked what she is most proud of in becoming a National Sales Director, Belinda says she is most proud of her family being there for her and cheering her on to reach NSD. She is proud of the way she remains positive and has worked so hard to achieve her goals. She believes that her dream is coming true with AmeriPlan because she has been able to build her team and work her way up to National Sales Director. She also states that she is proud of the fact that she stepped out of her comfort zone and met with new people in new places and is able to tell others about AmeriPlan and her upline.
The advice Belinda would give to new IBOs is to stay positive and remain determined to move on to the next level no matter what. She would also tell them to keep plugged in to their team and their uplin and remain teachable, set goals, and go after their goals. Belinda’s future goals include helping her team reach their goals, duplicate her leadership in other team members and to be part of the 5-a-month Club, the President’s Club, and the Cadillac Club.
Alesha Wells
Alesha Wells lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, Mark, and her two young sons, Devon (age 5) and Elijah (age 4). Her two boys are the reason she and her husband pursued AmeriPlan because Alesha always wanted the opportunity to work from home so that she could watch her boys grow and provide a quality life for them.
Alesha previously worked in the criminal justice field as a loss prevention officer and security personnel, as well as having some sales experience and working as a manager at McDonald’s for three years. Alesha has always enjoyed working with people and helping them, so AmeriPlan was the perfect fit. She was introduced to AmeriPlan by NSD Amy Pittman, who told her about the company and then invited her to an overview call in July 2011. After the call, Alesha immediately joined AmeriPlan and has not looked back since!
Some of the early struggles Alesha had was at the time she started Ameriplan, she was dealing with a long commute from work to home, due to buying her first home. She had experienced the death of her grandfather, whom she looked up to as a father, and loving grandfather. She was also dealing with transitional issues with her boys and their special needs issues, her income had dropped dramatically, she lost an aunt that she was close to, and her mother became ill. All those things going on at one time made it difficult for Alesha to remain focused on her business. However, she persevered and is now reaping the benefits of her hard work. She states that the most difficult obstacle was overcoming all the personal challenges and running her AmeriPlan business at the same time. Alesha states, “those obstacles made it very difficult to maintain consistency for my daily discipline to maximize my results.” However, Alesha is proud of the fact that she did what she needed to do, even though she had so many obstacles in her way. She is also proud of being a part of the 5-a-month Club, reaching NSD, and being a good role model for her team.
Alesha encourages new IBOs to continue to race to that bell of success no matter what obstacles get in your way, because corporate America is definitely not promised to you and your family for financial freedom. It can be here one day, but be gone the next. Utilize the Ameriplan opportunity as a driving vehicle for financial freedom for your family, and as a blanket of financial security. Alesha say that the sometimes thinks about her children and their financial stability and not having to worry about how they are going to be able to achieve their goals because she has financial stability.
Her future goals include helping her team get to NSD, earning $100k in residual income, and she wants to help her team complete the goals and dreams.
