New AmeriPlan Back Office Feature! Your Downline!!

Have you seen the newest feature in your IBO Back Office?
You can now view your personally enrolled Members and IBOs in the New IBO Back Office.
Once you’ve logged in to your Back Office click, on the DOWNLINE tab to view your personal enrollments.
There is a separate link for your Member and IBO enrollments. Here are some other great features of downline tab:
– Ability to sort your downline by name, date the application was received or by the cancellation date
– INACTIVE tab lists your inactive members/IBOs and specifies the inactive date
– IBO listing shows qualifying membership details and status
– Desktop and mobile optimized layouts allows easy viewing on all devices
– Paging allows easy access to your entire personal downline
– You can easily click a link to call or e-mail your downline members and IBOs

Having a hard time getting started. I understood that I would have access to the back office for a 12 month period. Now it the homepage is telling me that I am not a qualified member. Not sure why. I have gotten support to log in, but to no avail. Please clarify.

Thanks for your comment and concern. If you are reading the message:
Welcome Deborah,
You are NOT COMMISSION QUALIFIED.
To activate your IBO business and begin receiving commissions you must buy or sell a new membership.
…then you are still an active AmeriPlan member, given you access to all the New Mobile Back Office features and you also have access to IBO support just like all other IBOs.
The message is basically stating you have NO BUSINESS on the books at this time!
Please contact IBO support and have them answer any questions you may have.
