Gaps In Kids’ Dental Coverage A Trouble Spot

Despite many children gaining coverage through their parents’ health plans or Children’s Health Insurance Program and Medicaid, the American Dental Association found that 10 million 2- to 18-year-olds are still left without dental coverage. Only 63,448 children across 36 states received stand-alone dental insurance through the new online marketplaces, federal officials said. Kaiser Health News
